Carmel High School
Todd Beyerlein competed for Carmel High School from 1993 to 1997 in both the high jump and long jump. His personal best of 7-1 1/2 was set in 1997. Beyerlein won the IHSAA State Finals in 1996 at 6-8 and repeated in 1997 at 7-0 and won a variety of meets outside the state, including the Junior Olympics and the South Pacific Games held in Fiji.
He attended Stanford University from 1997 to 2001. During his time at Stanford, he earned multiple All-Conference honors both in athletics and academics and was part of the Stanford men’s 2000 NCAA Championship team. After Stanford he accepted an academic scholarship to study architecture at the University of Michigan and now designs buildings across the country and beyond.
