2006 - 2009
Hannah Farley graduated from Park Tudor High School in Indianapolis in 2009. She is a three-time state champion in the 400-meter dash, in 2006, as a freshman, Farley shocked the field by winning her first state championship after coming in as a fifth seed. In 2007, she continued her streak in the 400 while also adding the 200-meter dash, where she placed third. In 2008, she completed in the 400, 200, and 4x400-meter relay, placing first, second, and sixth, respectively. As a senior in 2009, Hannah competed in four events at the state meet. She placed second in the 400, and third in the 100, 200, and 4x400 relay. Park Tudor placed third overall in the state that year as well. Hannah was awarded the IHSAA Mental Attitude Award her senior year and was selected as Marion County Female Athlete of the Year. Her high school personal records include 54.31 in the 400, 24.80 in the 200, and 12.35 in the 100. She holds school records in all three events at Park Tudor, as well as in the 4x400-meter relay and the 4x800-meter relay.
Farley went on to compete for Stanford University in college. In 2011, she qualified for the NCAA Division I West Regional in the 400-meter dash and was selected as an Mountain Pacific Sports Federation All-Academic Scholar Athlete.
Since college. Farley has hung up her spikes, but coaches track and field and cross country at the school where she teaches physical education. She also found a passion for body building and started competing in 2018. She won her first two competitions competing in the figure category and aspires to go pro in natural bodybuilding.
